I hate it how teenage mommsies think they know everything!

Rice cereal has protein, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron, sodium, potassium and B vitamins.. no those aren't important at all! Do some better reasearch!

i promise that i am going to write in here more often. scout's honor! so what's new with shannon? well, dustin and i are still together. we celebrated our 2 years and 9 month anniversary on tuesday. right now i am still working at my dad's office while taking some college classes. pretty boring but hey.
i am very glad the weekend is here. this week was long and stressful. vanessa, did you get my letter to you? i sent it out at the beginning of the week and we live kinda close, so if you havent gotten it yet, it should be coming along soon!
well, i am going out with the girls tonight, so i have to go get ready. have a good night everyone!
